If you are not 100% satisfied with your Pay-LESS purchase, you may return it hassle free for any reason. To start the return process, please fill out the Return Form above or contact customer service. Once our drivers are notified they will come out to pick up your return. Products no longer sold by Pay-LESS will not be eligible for return.
Office Supplies: You can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 Days of the original purchase date. Special order items, manufacturer direct items, items without the original packaging and custom items are not eligible for return.
Ink/Toner Cartridges: Unopened and unexpired ink and toner may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Technology Products: May only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and must be in its original packaging.
Furniture: May only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and must be in its original packaging. Special order items, manufacturer direct items, pre-assembled furniture and custom items are not eligible for return.
Pay-LESS is not able to accept returns on perishable/consumable items, such as but not limited to,
edible items, coffee creamer, sugar, tea, coffee, candy, soda, water, snacks or other consumable products. Any unsealed first-aid products, special ordered items and custom made items and dated goods cannot be returned.
Damaged merchandise should be refused upon delivery. Any concealed damaged merchandise should be reported immediately upon discovery. If concealed damaged merchandise is not reported within 30 days it cannot be returned.
Defective or shorted merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of the invoice date to be eligible for return/credit.
